Every Monday, I’ll deliver powerful mindset shifts, practical tools, and energy exercises. This is pre-recorded material for the week that you can work on in your time at your own pace. The Course platform is a private facebook-group. More details follow in good time.
Monday's there will also be a 30 min "live fireweed movement" session to set energy and intention into the week. This will be recorded so you can re-watch it through the week to ignite or if you can't show up live.
Every Thursday, we meet live for a Q&A session—because even the most independent creatives need a powerful network.
These session are on zoom. All sessions will be recorded if you can’t attend live and you can access it in the facebook group.
